A. The seller will Paint to Specifications.
     Test all systems and Detailing.
     Arrange DMV & CHP Inspections.

B. The down payment of 20% will be applied to the Seller Responsibilities stated herein.  $69,995.

C. The Buyer is will pay for add-ons, customizations, and additional furnishings.
     Balance of full payment is due at departure.

D. Delivery. The seller will prepare for 'Tow & Go'.
     Seller can also arrange the delivery.
     On-site set-up is negotiable.
     Delivery Cost payable half on departure, remainder on arrival.

E. Legal: We will sign a sales contract which will include
     Warranties and Hold Harmless provisions.
     Parties agree to mediation to settle any disputes.

F. Insurance: The house is insured with Lloyds Of London.
     Additional over-the-road coverate will be required for the move.

G. Timeline: One to Three Months depending on Requirements.
